| | Our last Motor Show featured a Rover 2000, a Triumph Herald 12/50, a Triumph 1300 and an S Type Jaguar all finished in similar Sky Blue colours.
In those days no manufacturer was directly represented and it was 100% Dealer supported and at most Shows - it was always a bi-annual event - we were beside the Edinburgh Citroen Dealer Gordon MacAndrew.
Over the years my father and Gordon MacAndrew developed quite a friendship. Gordon's business was in Lothian Road in Edinburgh whilst we were along at Haymarket Terrace. Anyone remember these days? Please e-mail us if you have any recollections. |
